Saturday, December 8, 2:00-4:30pm Taught by Nancy Weis Twining is an ancient weaving technique, which has been used in cultures all over the world for making bags, baskets, nets, and cloth. It requires no loom and very few tools. In this workshop you will learn the basic technique by making a miniature bag out of yarn. Weft yarn will be provided. Bring small amounts of not-too-fuzzy worsted-weight yarn in one to three colors, scissors, and a darning needle. Preregistration is required.
