Learn to Knit for Newbies September 11, 2018, 6-7:30 pm Taught by Stephanie


This class is for complete newbies. Learn to cast on, knit, purl and bind off. The cost will be $30 per person for 1-2 participants and $20 per person for 3 or more participants. Participants will also receive 10% off supplies purchased the day of the class. Please register right here!


Learn to Crochet September 13, 2018, 5:30-7:00 pm Taught by Mary

Learn the basics of crochet, including basic terminology and chain, single and double crochet stitches.  Make a simple spa cloth or water bottle sling.   Pre-registration is required.  Please register right here!


Lesser Known Fiber Arts Series – Navajo Weaving, taught by Marilyn Brandner
Saturday, September 15, 1-5 pm

Join Marilyn Brandner of Mount Nickwackett Sheep Farm to try your hand at Navajo Weaving. Looms will be provided for the workshop, and participants will be weaving a 10″ x 20″ sampler.

The fee for the workshop is $40. Supplies needed: 8-10 oz. of worsted single ply wool, including 2-3 oz. of a dark color, 2-3 oz of a light color, and 1-3 oz each of two other colors; those registered for the class will receive 10% off all non-consignment purchases the day of the workshop.

This workshop is limited to three participants. Pre-registration is required.
