Textured Tapestry Weaving with Mallory Zondag

We are very excited to welcome back New York State fiber artist Mallory Zondag to teach a Textured Tapestry Weaving. In this class, students will explore the hands-on artform of tapestry weaving. We will cover the warping of a frame loom, learn a variety of weaving techniques for creating pattern and, especially, texture. Materials will range from yarns and threads to wool roving and upcycled fabrics to really develop varied texture across your weaving. The fee for the class includes all materials. There are a minimum of 4 participants to run this class, so consider registering with a friend or two!
