Join Elissa Cobb to learn how to knit stranded colorwork. In this class, you will be using one of Elissa's original patterns for a cowl. You will also learn some tips and tricks to maximize success in your colorwork knitting. For this class, you will need 2-3 colors of the same worsted weight yarn. Elissa recommends Malabrigo Rios, but any smooth worsted yarn will do as long as the different colors are of the same content. You will also need at least 10 stitch markers and a 24" US 7 circular needle; Elissa likes to use metal for colorwork because the yarn slides more easily, but that is not mandatory. Registered students will receive a 10% discount on yarn purchased for the class; we recommend coming in to purchase yarn prior to the day of the class. Preregistration for this class is required. We require a minimum of 2 students for a class to run, so consider registering with a friend!
