Stunning tapestry felting kits designed by Vermont artist Neysa Russo.
The kits are beginner friendly and include instructions, a stencil, pre-felt, two needles, the fiber to complete the design, and a needling board. For most of the kits, you will trace the stencil onto the pre-felt with a permanent marker (not included).
